We respectfully remind you that a confirmed room booking is a legally binding contract.
Please read your confirmation letter/email carefully and contact us at your earliest convenience should there be any errors.
Payment can be made by: Maestro, Electron, Switch, cheque, cash (UK sterling) or bank transfer.
Credit card facilities are available but incur a 3% charge.
To secure a booking by credit/debit card:
When making the booking, please provide us with your full card details, these are held as security against your booking. NO charge is made to your card unless you breach our cancellation policy. Upon check-out you can pay the balance with this card or by any other method listed above.
Payment in full is required for stays of one or two nights. For stays of three nights or more a 50% deposit is required. Please send your deposit within five days to secure your booking.
Deposits can be made by cheque (made payable to "The White Pyramid"), debit card, bank transfer or credit card (3% surcharge for credit cards)
Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received (we accept no responsibility for payments lost in post). If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we will refund your monies in line with our cancellation policy.
- Failure to cancel or no show: Full cost of booking
- Cancellation: Loss of deposit
- In addition to the loss of your deposit if a confirmed reservation is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the room, you will be liable to pay the full cost of your booking
- In the event of early departure you will be liable to pay for the full time booked
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance
