Local Area Information
The White Pyramid is just 2 miles from the market town of St Austell, situated on the main A3058 St Austell to Newquay road. This is very central in the county and an ideal touring base, but locally there is:The Eden Project – approximately 15 min. drive, The Lost Gardens of Heligan – a 10 min. drive, The Tall Ships at Charlestown – a 10 min. drive, Other local popular gardens include ‘Pine Lodge Gardens’ and ‘Trewithen Gardens’ – both about 10 minutes away.
Route Via The A30
(approx 2 miles)
Via the A30 (recommended) Follow the A30 to Fraddon. Take the exit off the dual carriageway onto the B3275 (A39). This is signed Grampount Road. Follow this road to the crossroads at its junction with the A3058 Newquay to St Austell road. Turn left towards St Austell. Go through the village of St Stephen, on approaching Trewoon you will see The White Pyramid on your left, drive into the large car park.
Route Via the A38 Plymouth

Via the A38 Plymouth: Follow the A38 to Dobwalls via Liskeard By-pass. At Dobwalls turn left onto the A390. Follow the A390 to St Austell. At the end of the St Austell by-pass turn right onto the A3058 Newquay road. After two miles pass through the village of Trewoon. At the end of the village The White Pyramid can clearly be seen on the right.
